Up coming Live Aboard - Parent meeting reminder

Dear parents,

Last week your cadet should have brought home a notice with important dates.  Once of those dates was for the "live aboard" that we discussed in a past parent meeting.  We need some parent volunteers to help with some clean up around the exterior of the building, ie: cutting and removing saplings from our gated lot and front area.

The Annual Ceremonial Review is fast approaching and we have dignitaries from out of town coming.  Lets have our building look spectacular!

Anyone with tools is welcome to come.  There will be a parent meeting on May 7th at Lax Kheen with more details.  Please attend after you drop your cadet off at Chatham hall.

.
Sincerely

Tammy Campbell-Grav

Website

Parents,

Early in the year a webpage was created and your cadet was shown how to access it.  Lt Ash and NL have been posting emails on it throughout the year as a secondary way to get information to both cadets and parents.

Please encourage your cadet to check this site as emails go unchecked and important information gets missed.  In the next few weeks there will be information about the ACR and the AGM posted that you don't want to miss!

Thanks for your time and see you this weekend at the fund raiser!

Wednesday Night Meeting

Dear Parents,

As you may or may not be aware, the Navy League is the parent portion of the Sea Cadets and is responsible for supporting the corps.  Without the Navy League there is no Sea Cadets.

At this time we are calling on,more parent support.  Without parent support the Navy League will fold and that will mean the end of our cadet corp.

The executive will be implementing new changes in September that will involve all parents.  Please attend the Wednesday night meeting to be part the discussion.

If your child is no longer a cadet, please respond to this email so I can take you off the distribution list.

Sincerely
